The Story

I'm excited to introduce you to Night Owl Cookies, an idea that has been a lifelong dream of mine!

My name is Andrew G., and I'm the man behind the cookies. Ever since I can remember, I've been an avid sweets (and food) junkie. When I was about 20 years old, I began coming up with ideas to enhance the Miami dessert scene. What I came up with was sweet and warm (pun intended). I wanted to deliver warm home-made cookies to my community.

With the help of social media, food bloggers, and media outlets, my concept grew! We are so grateful for the support our Night Owls have given us, and we look forward to baking more memories.

    Signature dark chocolate dough stuffed with milk chocolate chips, topped with crisp graham cracker crumbs, and topped with torched marshmallow fluff.

    Signature red velvet dough stuffed with white chocolate chips, topped with house made cream cheese frosting and finished with graham cracker crumbs.

  14. Oreo Brownie Cheesecake—

    Signature dough mixed with milk chocolate chips and Oreo cookie bits. Topped with house made cream cheese frosting, brownie bits, and Oreo Powder.

  15. Frosted Sugar Daddy—

    Our signature dough is the focal point of this favorite! Topped with vanilla frosting and rainbow sprinkles.
